INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International Shipments outside of the United States, we offer express DHL shipping, approximately, two (2) to seven (7) business day transit on all orders. The DHL tracking number will be provided upon notification of release of your package by DHL. Upon checkout, the taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination on the checkout page. All International Shipments outside of the United States are delivered duty paid. The prices are inclusive of duties and there will not be any additional cost after checkout.

SHIPPING ITEMS

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. Please kindly email us at info@remedy-denim.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All shipments outside of the United States, are delivered duty paid.
