PROOF OF PURCHASE

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

We kindly offer exchanges of merchandise, which have not been worn or washed. We request for items to be placed back into original bag, with all of the labels and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items, which have not been placed back into the original packaging for returns. We will incur the costs for shipping on exchanges, domestic and international, however the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Only items, which have been purchased on this website are exchangeable through this platform. Items purchased through other retailers, must be exchanged through them. If merchandise is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@remedy-denim.com. Please contact us at info@remedy-denim.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and to notify us of your requested item for exchange. RETURNS

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please contact us at info@remedy-denim.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please kindly place this form inside the return package with your item. This is the same process to be followed as for Domestic Returns. Upon Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing, we will email you a return shipping label along with the required return commercial invoice for packaging. Please note, International packages require three (3) copies of the commercial invoice, to be submitted along with your package. Please kindly note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate. A refund will be issued for the merchandise, taxes and duties as calculated on the original order will not be refunded.

SHIPPING ITEMS

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
